Does this 40W able to cut acrylic since i believe the 20w only cuts certain colors? TY

The app required to use this is ridiculous. It's too expensive. And what happens if they decide the app become outdated or don't support it anymore? I won't by anything that requires an app.

I wish the air assist could be controlled by the software.

For the silhouette studio you can actually cut everything together, you just have to cut in the "line" section not the "simple" section, you can give different colors to lines and chose the cut settings for each color

The only reason I wouldn't buy this embroidery machine is that it only way to operate the machine is by the internet.

I have to agree about this not being an accurate test. You should go to the website for each and see what the recommended mat, tool, and settings are for each material being cut. I do appreciate that you included the X-tool also, though most people that can afford an X-tool also already have a cutting machine to do cardstock and stuff.

Can you do a full tutorial on this technique using the WeCreat?

Is there enough clearance to engrave 40 oz. with handle attached? Also, in the intro closeup I can see gradients in the engraving. Is this due to the graphic or inherent in the laser?

I've had a Cameo Silhouette for about a year, and what a frustrating sack of poop software they provide. It constantly fails because there is some bug in the project.

Not really a true and fair comparison. It was clear in the video that your mats were dirty and had lost their stickyness to the point where you had to tape your materials to the mat. In my experience, anytime the materials don't stick to the mat or there are bubbles, the cutter will chew up the material. The only way to have had a fair and accurate assessment of the cutting ability of each cutter would have been to have a NEW mat for each cutter when you started the demo. I have a lot of experience using a Cricut Maker and the only time I have a problem with the materials getting chewed up is when the product no longer has a tight seal to the mat.

But the circuit joy xtra doesn’t support long mats? How do I customize the setting?

When I try to calibrate it, it brings up a print page that has two corners one on the upper left and one on the lower left. When I put it into the machine it says fail to track and spits it out. I am so frustrated!

I gave her a scan cut. This is the best machine she ever got…… Brother scan and cut is the only machine to have. It also scans so you can use every scrap even the smallest pieces. There’s no waste.
